Congress passed and President Biden signed into law the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. A once-in-a-generation investment that touches every aspect of our daily lives. On August 18, 2022, the South Dade Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Town of Cutler Bay, will be proud to welcome Ms. Adriana Clark, Representative from the Office of Small Business SE Region for the US Department of Transportation. Her goal is to assist small business owners and professionals in their pursuit of contracting and subcontracting stemming from infrastructure funding. This presentation is for just about every small business owner. The projects are not limited to traditional “hard” road construction. The law is intended to make historic investments in transportation, public safety, climate resiliency infrastructure, in short there will be projects impacting small and emerging businesses and has the potential to create jobs across our area.
